A player who exceeds their starting Ball Run Level during match in play shall receive penalty points corresponding to the Ball Run Level being exceeded, which will be immediately added to that Player's Match Point total, and again for each occurrence.
A player's Skill Level will advance to corresponding Ball Run Level obtained during any match for all subsequent matches.
A player's starting or acquired Skill Level shall be maintained for a one (1) year period before consideration to demote is allowed.
